흠숭하올 성체예수님, 오늘도 이 못난 작은이에게 하느님 뜻의 생명과 하느님 뜻의

사랑을 부어 주시니 감사합니다.

 

전번 기도에서 ‘너의 사랑이 악을 누르고 이긴다.’ 라고 말씀하여 주셨습니다. 악을 누른다, 누른다는 것에서 의미를 찾아도 되나요? 머리가 아파옵니다. 아직 지적층량 소송이 종결되지 않았습니다. 역시 머리가 아파옵니다.

잠시 침묵합니다. 시기하거나 질투를 하거나 억지를 부리는 악들을 누른다는 의미입니까? 머리가 아프지 않습니다. 긍정하시는 것입니다. (저와 관계가 있는 두 부류의 사람들이 떠오릅니다.)

 

성체예수님, 감사합니다. 알려주시니, 하느님 뜻의 사랑으로 상대방을 사랑하겠습니다. 그들을 사랑으로 이기겠습니다.

 

영광이여, 사랑이신 우리 주님 성부와 성자와 성령께, 처음과 같이 이제와 항상 영원히 아멘.

(기도에서 눈물 감응이 아니라, 머리를 아프게 하시는 것으로 답을 주시고-이 방법은 작년 하반기부터-, 저의 기도의 말을 인도해주시는 진일보한 방법을 택하여 주시니 감사합니다.)

 

미사를 마치고, 파견 성가 ‘2번 주 하느님 크시 도다.’ 를 부를 때에 “내 영혼 주를 찬양하리니 주 하느님 크시 도다. 내 영혼 주를 찬양하리니 크시 도다 주 하느님' 가사에서 눈물을 흘렸습니다.

 

제가 세례를 받고 얼마 지나지 않은 때에, 사랑의 선교 수사회(?)로부터 강의도 듣고 이 성가도 함께 불렀고, CD도 사서 집에서 여러 번 들었던 기억이 있습니다. 가사와 멜로디 모두 좋습니다. 가사에 '그 크신 권능 우주에 찼네' 감사송 '온 누리에 주 하느님' 'God of power and might' 에 해당하는 가사라고 봅니다.

 

또한 ‘주 하느님 크시 도다’ 는 우주가 광대하다는 것을 며칠 전에 새삼 알면서, 성부 하느님이 아주 크시다는 인식을 한 것이, 바로 연상이 되어 눈물을 흘린 것,  ‘내 영혼 주를 찬양하리니’ 제가 주 하느님이 크시므로 더욱 흠숭하고 찬양하는 마음을 간직했던 것이, 실현되는 느낌을 주어 바로 눈물로 연결된 것이라고 생각합니다. 성령님께서 눈물 감응을 주신 것일 수도 있습니다.

주 하느님은 얼마나 크실까?

 

2014.2.5. ‘하느님 뜻의 사랑으로 모든 고통을 이기고 서로 사랑하라는 깨달음을 주십니다.’ 에 천상의 책 제16권 5장 1923년 8월 1일을 스캔 복사하여 추기로 올리면서, 우주를 성부님께서 창조하셨다는 것을 강조하였습니다. 더욱 믿음이 확고해졌습니다

'이 사랑의 분출로 천지 만물이 내게서 나왔다. 온 우주에 보이는 모든 것이 내 안에 있었던 것이다.

 

세 번을 되풀이 하여 읽었습니다. 예수님께서 영원에 관하여 말씀해 주십니다. 우주는 무한대한 원(圓)으로 보입니다.

 

10절에서 ‘이 선(善)은 씨앗과 같아서 우리의 지복과 기쁨과 아름다움과 사랑과 선성 등에 대한 지식을 그에게 가져온다.’ 지식을 강조하십니다. 하느님 뜻의 지식을 주시는 것입니다.

맡김은 거룩하신 뜻과 함께 날기 위한 날개를 이룬다.

영원 및 영원한 순례란 무엇인가?

 

1. 다정하신 예수님의 부재 외에도 여기에 쓸 필요가 없는 다른 이유들 때문에 무척 마음이 무거웠다. 그런데 사랑하올 예수님께서 나의 내면에서 나오셔서 기운을 북돋아 주시기 위해 나를 꽉 껴안으시고 말씀하셨다. 내가 괴로움에 눌려 쓰러질 지경이었기 때문이다.

 

2. “딸아, 내 뜻은 만물의 생명이며 활동이다. 한데 너는 알고 있느냐? 누가 내 뜻의 활동에 따라 내 영원한 의지 안을 날아다니는지, 곧 내 뜻이 어디에서 무엇을 하든지 간에 영원의 영역 안에서 이 뜻이 행하는 대로 행하며 돌아다니는지를? 그것은 내 거룩한 뜻 안에 자신을 완전히 맡긴 사람이다. 맡김은 내 뜻과 함께 날기 위한 날개다. 이 맡김을 그치면 못 날게 되고 날개는 망가진다.

 

3. 내 뜻에서 나오지 않은 활동이란 없기 때문에 모든 사람이 내 뜻의 움직임과 생명을 느끼지만, 그럼에도 그들은 제자리에 그대로 머물러 있다. 오직 나에 대한 맡김의 날개를 가진 사람만이 내 뜻이 가는 길과 같은 길을 따라가면서 하늘과 땅에 있는 만물 위를 감돌며 영원의 영역 속으로 들어가고, 하느님 성삼위의 한가운데를 돌아다니며 성삼위의 지밀(至密)한 곳 안에도 들어가 그분들의 신비와 지복을 알게 된다.

 

4. 그러니, 주된 바퀴가 중심에 있고 다른 작은 바퀴들이 이 바퀴 둘레에 고정되어 있는 엔진에 일어나는 것과 같은 현상이 일어난다. 중심 바퀴가 돌아가기 시작하면 작은 바퀴들도 전부 움직이지만, 이 바퀴들은 중심 바퀴에 닿는 일이 결코 없고, 중심 바퀴가 행하는 것과 지니고 있는 좋은 것은 무엇인지에 대해 아는 것도 없다.

 

5. 그러나 고정되어 있지 않은 또 하나의 작은 바퀴가 있다. 이 바퀴는 어떤 장치에 의해 끊임없이 다른 작은 바퀴들을 가로질러 그 하나하나의 주위를 돌아다니고, 중심 바퀴가 움직일 때마다 함께 움직이며, 다시 작은 바퀴들 사이를 돌아다니기 시작한다. 이 순회하는 작은 바퀴는 중심 바퀴 안에 무엇이 있는지를 알고 있고, 중심 바퀴가 지닌 좋은 것에 동참한다.

 

6. 그 중심 바퀴는 바로 나의 뜻이다. 고정되어 있는 작은 바퀴들은 자신을 그 자신에게 맡기고 사는 영혼들이니, 이 점이 선을 행하지 못하도록 그들을 고정시키는 것이다. 순회하는 작은 바퀴는 내 뜻 안에서 사는 영혼이고, 그렇게 움직이게 하는 장치는 나에 대한 전적인 맡김이다. 그러므로 나에 대한 맡김이 없을 때마다 영원한 영역 안의 순례를 못하게 된다. 영원한 순례를 못하게 된다는 것이 무엇을 뜻하는지를 네가 안다면!"

 

7. 나는 그 말씀을 듣고 물었다. “하지만 저의 사랑이시여, 말씀 좀 해 주십시오. 영원이란 무엇을 뜻하며, 이 영원한 순례란 또 무엇입니까?” 그러자 예수님께서 이어서 말씀하셨다.

 

8. “딸아, 영원은 어디에서 시작하여 어디에서 끝나는지 사람이 알 수 없는, 무한대의 원(원)이다. 시작도 끝도 없는 이 영역 안에 하느님이 계시고, 한없는 행복과 지복과 기쁨과 부와 아름다움 등을 가지고 계신다. 그분께서는 결코 그치지 않는 거룩한 활동을 하시고, 그때마다 이 영원의 영역에서 새로운 행복, 새로운 지복, 새로운 아름다움 등을 내신다. 그러나 이 새로운 행위는 서로 다른 것이지만 절대로 중단되는 법이 없는 현행적인 행위다.

 

9. 이를테면 우리의 만족들은 서로 뚜렷이 구분되면서도 언제나 새롭고, 우리의 지복들도 어찌나 많은지 그 중 하나를 즐기고 있는 동안 또 다른 것이 불현듯 우리에게 온다. 언제나 그런 식이며 결코 끝나지 않으니, 이들은 우리 성삼위처럼 영원하고 무한하다. 그리고 영원한 것은 언제나 새로운 것들을 생겨나게 하는 능력이 있다. 영원한 것 안에는 옛것의 반복이 존재하지 않는 것이다.

 

10. 한데 누가 하늘에서 결코 고갈되지 않는 이 새로움에 더 많이 참여하게 되는지 너는 아느냐? 그것은 땅에서 더 많은 선을 실천한 사람이다. 이 선은 씨앗과 같아서 우리의 지복과 기쁨과 아름다움과 사랑과 선성 등에 대한 지식을 그에게 가져온다.

 

11. 그 영혼이 땅에서 실천한 선에 따라서 - 이는 우리의 다양한 지복과 얼마큼 조화를 이루기에 - 우리에게 더 가까이 오게 되고, 그가 그 씨앗을 지닌 지복을 밖으로 넘쳐흐를 정도로 존재 가득 받아들이게 된다. 이런 영혼은 이 영원의 영역이 내포하는 모든 것에 참여한다. 땅에서 획득했던 씨앗 대신에 그 모든 것으로 충만해지는 것이다.

 

12. 음악이나 어떤 임무, 또는 과학의 한 분야를 연구한 사람에게 어떤 일이 일어나는지 생각해 보아라. 음악이 연주되면 많은 사람들이 이를 들으며 즐긴다. 그러나 누가 이해하겠느냐? 누가 기쁨이나 슬픔을 나타내는 그 모든 선율이 머릿속으로 들어와 가슴속까지 스며드는 것을 느끼겠느냐? 누가 그 음악이 표현하는 광경을 현장에 있는 것처럼 보며 그것으로 마음이 가득 차는 듯한 느낌을 받겠느냐? 그것은 음악을 연구한 사람, 배우려고 열심히 노력한 사람이다. 다른 이들은 그냥 즐기지만 이해하지는 못한다. 그들의 즐거움은 소리의 울림을 듣는 귓속에 있을 뿐 그들의 내면 전체는 비어 있는 것이다.

 

13. 과학적인 지식을 배워 익힌 사람에 대해서도 한가지로 말할 수 있다. 지치도록 책과 씨름하면서 여러 가지 과학적인 사물들을 알려고 공부한 사람과 그런 것을 다만 보기만 한 사람 중, 어느 쪽이 더 큰 즐거움을 누리겠느냐? 사실 깊이 연구해 온 사람은 정당한 이득을 얻을 수 있고, 특별한 지위를 차지할 수도 있다. 그렇지 않은 사람은 과학에 관련된 것을 볼 때에 다만 눈으로만 즐길 수 있을 뿐이다.

 

14. 여타 모든 것에 대해서도 마찬가지로 말할 수 있다. 지상에서 그러하다면, 하물며 천상에서는 얼마나 더욱 그러하겠느냐? 천상에서는 정의가 사랑의 저울로 피조물이 행한 작은 선 하나하나의 무게를 재고, 그 선행 위에 끝없는 행복과 기쁨과 아름다움을 놓는다.

 

15. 그러니 내 뜻 안에서 사는 영혼 - 그의 모든 행위들이 영원하고 거룩한 씨앗과 함께 내 뜻 안에 있는 영혼에 대해서는 어떠하겠느냐? 영원의 영역이 이 영혼 위에 그 자신을 쏟아 부을 것이다. 천상 예루살렘 전체가 놀라서 기절할 정도로 말이다. 그리하여 그들은 새로운 축제를 즐기며, 새로운 영광을 받을 것이다.”

Book of Heaven Volume 16 February 2, 1924

 

The abandonment in the Divine Will forms the wings in order to fly with the Divine Volition and to wander around with It, in the sphere of Eternity. The immense circle of Eternity. Those who take part in It.

 

I felt very oppressed because of the privation of my sweet Jesus and for other reasons, which it is not necessary to put on paper; and my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior and pressing me to Himself to give me strength, for I felt like succumbing – told me: "My daughter, my Will is life and motion of everything. But do you know who follows Its motion and takes flight in my Eternal Volition, in such a way as to wander around, as It does, in the sphere of Eternity, be wherever It is, and do whatever It does? The soul who is completely abandoned in my Holy Will. The abandonment forms the wings in order to fly together with my Will. As abandonment ceases, she loses her flight and her wings are destroyed. Therefore, everyone feels the motion, the life of my Will, because there is no motion which does not come from Me, but they remain in the place at which they are. only one who has the wings of the abandonment in Me and follows the same way as my Will, flies over all, both in Heaven and on earth, enters the sphere of Eternity, wanders around in the midst of the Three Divine Persons, penetrates into Their most intimate hiding places, and is aware of Their secrets and of Their beatitudes.

 

It happens as to an engine which has the main wheel in the middle and many other small wheels around it, which are fixed. As the first wheel moves, all receive motion, but they never arrive at touching the first wheel, nor do they know anything of what it does and of the goods it contains. But there is another small wheel which is not fixed, and through a mechanism, it goes around continuously across all the small wheels, to be present at each motion of the prime wheel and to then start its round again. Now, this moving little wheel knows what is there in the main wheel and takes part in the good it contains. Well then, the first wheel is my Will, the fixed small wheels are the souls who are abandoned to themselves, which renders them motionless in good; the moving little wheel is the soul who lives in my Will, and the mechanism is her complete abandonment in Me. Therefore, each lack of abandonment in Me is a round that you lose in the sphere of Eternity… If you knew what it means to lose an eternal round!"

On hearing this, I said: ‘But tell me, my Love, what does Eternity mean, and what is this eternal round?’

 

And Jesus added: "My daughter, Eternity is an immense circle, in which one cannot know where It begins or where It ends. In this circle there is God, with no beginning and with no end, in which He possesses infinite happiness, beatitude, joys, riches, beauty, etc. At each divine motion, which never ceases, He unleashes from this circle of Eternity new happiness, new beauties, new beatitudes, etc. But this new Act is never interrupted; distinct among themselves, Our contentments are always new - one is different from the other. Our beatitudes are so great and so many that, as We enjoy one, another surprises Us continuously, and they never end, they are eternal – immense as We are. And what is eternal has the virtue of making ever new things arise. What is old, repeated things, do not exist in what is eternal.

 

But do you know who takes part in Heaven in this new Act which is never exhausted? Those who will have practiced more good on earth. This good will be like the seed which will bring them the knowledge of Our beatitudes, joys, beauty, love, goodness, etc. And according to the good which the soul has practiced upon earth, which has some accord with our different beatitudes, she will come closer to Us, and in large gulps, she will fill herself with that beatitude whose seed she contains, to the point of overflowing. She will participate in all that is contained in the circle of Eternity, and she will be filled for as many seeds as she has acquired on earth.

 

It will happen as to one who has learned music, a job, or a science. When music is played, many listen and enjoy it, but who understands it? Who feels all those notes of joy or of sorrow penetrate into his intelligence and descend into his heart? Who feels as though filled and sees, in act, the scene which that music expresses? one who has studied and who has worked hard in order to learn it. The others enjoy, but do not understand. Their enjoyment is in the perception of their hearing, but all their interior remains empty. The same is for one who has learned science. Who enjoys more: one who has studied and has worn out his intelligence on books, on many scientific things; or one who has only looked at them? Certainly the one who has studied can earn fair profits, can occupy distinct positions; on the other hand, the other one can enjoy only with his sight, if he sees something related to science. And the same with all other things. If this happens on earth, much more so in Heaven, where Justice weighs with the scales of love every little good act done by the creature, and places upon that good act an unending happiness, joy and beauty.

 

Now, what will happen to the soul who has lived in my Will, in which all her acts remain like an eternal and divine seed? The circle of Eternity will pour upon her so much that the whole Celestial Jerusalem will remain stupefied, and will make new feasts and will receive new glory."

천상의 책 제15권 39장 1923년 7월 1일

 

하느님 뜻 안을 순례하며 바치는 기도의 좋은 점.

모든 것에 있어서 언제나 새로우신 하느님.

이 진리들은 하느님 안에 있는 선들의 실체이다.

 

1. 하느님의 거룩하신 뜻 안에 녹아들어 각 피조물의 지성 속을 두루 돌아다니고 있었다. 그들의 생각 하나하나를 예수님께 사랑의 보답으로 드리기 위함이었다. 하지만 그렇게 하다 보니, ‘이런 식으로 기도하는 것이 무슨 소용이 있을까? 기도는 고사하고 쓸데없는 짓을 하고 있는 것 같지 않은가?’ 하는 생각이 들었다.

 

2. 그러자 언제나 사랑하올 예수님께서 내 안에서 나오시며 말씀하셨다.

“딸아, 그것의 좋은 점과 효과가 무엇인지 알고 싶으냐? 한 피조물이 자신의 뜻이라는 작은 조약돌을 내 신성의 무한한 바다속으로 던지게 될 때, 그것도 그의 뜻이 사랑하기를 원하며 그것을 던질 때 그때에는 내 사랑의 무한한 바닷물이 파문을 그리며 일렁인다.

 

3. 그러면 나는 내 사랑의 물결이 천상적 향기를 풍기고 있음을 느낀다. 그 피조물의 뜻인 작은 조약돌에 의해 일렁이는 내 사랑의 기쁨과 즐거움을 느끼는 것이다.

 

4. 만일 그가 내 거룩함을 흠숭하면 그의 뜻인 작은 조약돌이 내 성성의 바다를 일렁이게 한다. 그러면 나는 내 성성이 내뿜는 지극히 순수한 영기(靈氣)에 고무됨을 느낀다.

 

5. 요컨대 사람의 뜻이 나의 뜻 안에서 하고자 하는 바가 무엇이든지 내 속성들의 바다에 그 자신을 작은 조약돌처럼 던져 넣으면, 그 바다마다 일렁이며 파문을 그리게 한다. 나는 그리하여 그 피조물이 신적인 방식으로 내게 주는 나 자신의 것을, 또 영예와 영광과 사랑을 받고 있음을 느끼게 한다.

 

6. 이는 자기 집 속에 시원한 냉천과 향기로운 샘과 온천 등 온갖 좋은 것을 다 갖추고 있는 어느 큰 부호에게 일어나는 일과 같다. 다른 어떤 사람이 이 집에 들어온다고하자. 그는 없는 것이 없는 이 부호에게 아무것도 줄 것이 없지만, 그래도 그를 기쁘게 하며 사랑을 주고 싶어 한다. 그러면 어떻게 하겠느냐?

 

7. 그는 작은 조약돌 하나를 집어 시원한 물이 솟아나는 샘에다 던진다. 샘물이 일렁이면서 묘하게 은은하면서도 상큼한 정기를 내뿜는다. 그러니 집주인은 자기의 샘에서 나오는 그 싱그러운 기운을 받으며 기뻐한다. 바로 자기가 소유한 재산에서 기쁨을 느끼는 것이다.

 

8. 그러나 그가 그렇게 기뻐하게 된 것은, 다른 사람이 와서 그의 샘을 흔들어주는 수고를 했기 때문이다. 흔들어 주어야 속에 지닌 향기나 상큼한 향기, 또는 열을 더 강하게 내뿜는 것들이 있는 것이다.

9. 이것이 내 뜻 안으로 들어오는 것의 의미다. 내 존재를 흔들어 감동시키면서 이렇게 말하는 것이다.

‘주님께서 얼마나 인자하시고 사랑스러우며 사랑이 가득하신지,

얼마나 거룩하고 무한하며 힘이 있으신지 아십니까?

주님은 모든 것이십니다.

그러므로 저는 주님의 온 존재를 감동으로 흔들고자 합니다.

주님께 사랑과 기쁨을 드리기 위함입니다.’

 

10. 너는 이것이 대단찮은 일이라고 생각하느냐?”

 

11. 그렇게 말씀하신 그분께서는 나의 내면 안으로 들어가시고, 나는 혼자 이런 생각에 잠겨 있었다.

‘예수님은 참 인자하시다! 피조물에게 당신 자신을 알리시는 것을 크게 기뻐하시는 것 같다. 당신의 진리를 드러내 주시는 것에 너무나 큰 기쁨을 느끼시기에, 하나의 진리를 말씀하시고 나면, 바로 이 진리가 더 많은 진리들을 말씀하시지 않을 수 없도록 그분을 몰아가는 거의 불가항력적인 박차가 되는 것 같다. 얼마나 정겨운지! 얼마나 큰 사랑이신지!’

 

12. 그러자 예수님께서 내 안에서 다시 나오시어, 당신 얼굴을 내 얼굴에 갖다 대시고 이어서 말씀하셨다.

“딸아, 내 진리들을 드러낸다는 것이 무엇을 뜻하는지를 너는 아직 잘 모르고 있다. 그래서 네가 내 기쁨을 보면서, 또 피조물에게 나 자신을 드러내게 하는 저항할 수 없는 힘을 보면서 놀라워하고 있다.

 

13. 그런데 내 기쁨을 이루는 것은 기꺼이 내 말을 듣는 사람이고, 내 즐거움은 그런 사람과 대화를 나누는 것이다. 너는 이것을 알아야 한다. 내가 지금껏 알려지지 않은 나의 한 진리를 말할 때, 이는 내가 새로운 창조를 하는 것이다. 그러기에 나는 내 안에 품고 있는 수많은 선과 신비들을 쏟아내는 것을 대단히 좋아한다.

 

14. 그러나 아무리 많은 말을 하더라도 나는 언제나 더 많은 말을 하고 싶어진다. 왜냐하면 나는 결코 반복되지 않는, 언제나 새로운 그 행위 자체이기 때문이다. 그러므로 말하면서 언제나 말하고 싶은 새로운 말을 더 많이 가지고 있는 것이 나다. 이 새로움이 내게는 고갈되는 법이 없으니 말이다.

 

15. 사실 나는 항상 새롭다. 사랑에 있어서, 아름다움에 있어서, 기쁨에 있어서, 조화에 있어서, 곧 모든 것에 있어서 새롭다. 언제나 새롭다.

 

16. 이런 이유로 나는 아무도 지루하게 하지 않는다. 언제나 주고 또 말할 수 있는 새로운 것을 가지고 있는데다, 나 자신을 드러내도록 몰아대는 저 불가항력은 바로 내가 무한한 사랑이기 때문이다.

 

17. 이 사랑의 분출로 천지 만물이 내게서 나왔다. 온 우주에 보이는 모든 것이 내 안에 있었던 것이다. 사랑이 나의 내부로부터 빛의 그림자를 넘쳐흐르게 했기에 내가 태양을 창조하였고, 내 무한성과 조화의 그림자를 넘쳐흐르게 했기에 하늘을 펼치고 수많은 별들과 천제들이 조화를 이루게 하였다.

 

18. 내가 창조한 이것들과 또 다른 것들은 나 자신으로부터 나온 내 것들의 그림자였고 내 사랑의 분출이었으니, 나는 내 안에 있었던 것들이 작은 입자들 모양으로 퍼져 나가면서 모든 창조물 위에 떠 있는 것을 보며 크게 즐거워하였다.

 

19. 그렇다면 내가 내 진리들을 알려 줄 때의 기쁨은 어떠하겠느냐? 이 진리들은 내게서 나오는 내 것들의 그림자가 아니고 내 안에 있는 선들의 실체이며, 모든 조물들처럼 소리 없는 말로 나에 대해 말하는 것이 아니라 분명하고 우렁차며 설득력 있는 소리로 말하고 있지 않느냐? 게다가 내 말은 창조적인 것이기에, 마치 새로운 창조를 하는 것처럼 내가 알려 주는 이 진리들을 영혼 안에 창조하지 않느냐?

 

20. 나는 한 번의 ‘피앗’으로 많은 것을 창조했지만, 내 진리들을 드러낼 때에는 한 번의 ‘피앗’이 아니라 필요한 만큼 많은 말을 한다. 이를 드러내면서 영혼들로 하여금 내가 원하는 만큼 이해하게 하기 위함이다.

 

21. 그러니 내가 내 진리들을 영혼에게 알려 주면서 이 영혼이 소리 없는 말이 아니라 생생한 소리로 자기가 받은 선들과 진리들을 다른 사람들에게 알려 주며 그들 안에 이를 불어넣는 것을 볼 때, 내 기쁨이 얼마나 크겠는지 상상해 보아라.

 

22. 내 사랑은 따라서 내 진리들을 드러내면서 스스로의 분출구를 찾아내고 축제 기분에 젖는다. 그러므로 기꺼이 내 말에 귀를 기울이는 사람을 나는 매우 사랑하는 것이다.

The good and the effect of prayer in the Divine Will. Delight of Jesus in manifesting His truths to the creature. How God is ever new.

 

I was fusing myself in the Holy Divine Will in order to go around through each creature’s intelligence, and give to my Jesus the return of love of each thought of creature. But while I was doing this, a thought said to me: ‘What is the good of praying in this way? on the contrary, it seems to me that this is nonsense, rather than prayer.’ And my always lovable Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: “My daughter, do you want to know what the good and the effect of it is? When the creature comes to cast the little pebble of her will into the immense sea of my Divinity, as she casts it, if her will wants to love, the infinite sea of the waters of my love ripple, are agitated, and I feel the waves of my love giving off their celestial fragrance, and I feel the pleasure, the joys of my love being agitated by the little pebble of the will of the creature. If she adores my sanctity, the little pebble of the human will agitates the sea of my sanctity, and I feel cheered by the most pure auras of my sanctity. In sum, whatever the human will wants to do in Mine, it flings itself like a little pebble into each sea of my attributes, and as it agitates them and ripples them, I feel I am given my own things, and the honors, the glory, the love which the creature can give Me in a divine manner.

It happens as to a person who is very rich and has all goods in his house – most fresh founts, fragrant founts, warm founts. Someone else enters into this house, but has nothing to give to that person, because he possesses everything. However, he wants to please him, he wants to love him; and what does he do? He takes a little pebble and casts it into the fresh fount; the waters, being agitated, give off a most delicate freshness, and the lord of that house enjoys the pleasure of the freshness of his own fount; he delights in the very goods he possesses - but why? Because the other one took the care of agitating that fount, since, when things are stirred, they give off the fragrance, the freshness or the heat they contain more intensely. This is what it means to enter into my Will: to stir - to move my Being and to say to Me: ‘Do You see how good, lovable, loving, holy, immense, powerful You are? You are Everything, and I want to move the whole of You in order to love You and to give You pleasure’. And do you think this is trivial?”

Having said this, He withdrew in my interior, and I was left thinking: ‘How good Jesus is. It seems to me that He greatly delights in communicating Himself to the creature, and that He takes so much pleasure in manifesting His truths, that while He is saying one, that very truth is a spur for Him, and almost pushes Him with an irresistible force to manifest more truths. What goodness! What love!’ And Jesus came out again from within my interior, and placing His face close to mine, added: “My daughter, you do not know what it means to manifest my truths, and this is why you marvel at my pleasure and at the irresistible force I feel to manifest Myself to the creature. And one who is willing to listen to Me forms my joy and my delights in conversing with her. You must know that when I manifest one truth of mine which is not yet known, it is a new creation that I make, and I love very much to release from Myself the many goods and secrets which I contain. But as much as I may speak, since I am that act ever new which never repeats itself, I always desire to say more; and as I speak, I have always more new things which I would like to say, because that newness is never exhausted in Me - I am always new in love, new in beauty, new in contentments, in harmonies – new in everything, and ever new.

This is why I do not tire anyone, I have always new things to give and to say, and the irresistible force that pushes Me to manifest Myself is my love. In an outpouring of love I issued the Creation; everything that can be seen in the whole universe was all inside of Me. Love made the shadow of my light overflow from my interior, and I created the sun; the shadow of my immensity and of my harmonies, and I extended the heavens, harmonizing them with many stars and celestial spheres. These and other things which I created were nothing other than shadows of mine which I released from Myself; and my love had Its outpouring, and I took great delight in seeing what was contained in Me, spread out in little particles hovering over all creation.

 

Now, what will be my joy in manifesting my truths, which are not shadows of mine that come out of Me, but the substance of the goods I contain within Me; and which speak of Me, not in a mute language like all created things do, but with clear, sonorous and eloquent voice; and which, since my word is creative, like a new creation create in the soul the truths I manifest? If with one Fiat I created many things, in manifesting my truths it is not just one Fiat that I pronounce, but as many words for as many as are needed in order to manifest and to have souls comprehend that which I want them to understand. Imagine, then, what my contentment is in manifesting my truths to the soul who, not in a mute language, but with speaking voice, will manifest my goods, my truths, to others, in order to infuse in others the good she has received. Therefore, in manifesting my truths, my love finds its outpouring and becomes festive, and I greatly love one who is willing to listen to Me.”
